MERANCANG ALAT-ALAT PROSES PRODUKSI UTAMA PADA PROSES PEMBUATAN MAGNESIUM CARBONAT DARI DOLOMIDE DAN COKE



 

ABSTRAK
Industri senyawa-senyawa Magnesium sebagai salah satu jenis dari cabang industri anorganik, memiliki keunggulan karena memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang tersedia sekaligus mampu melepaskan ketergantungan industri-industri hilir dari import. Salah satunya ialah Industri pembuatan Magnesium Carbonat yang memanfaatkan sumber deposit batuan dolomide. Batuan ini banyak  terdapat di Indonesia dalam jumlah yang besar. Agar didapat gambaran tentang bagaimana mekanisme proses dan alat apa yang digunakan, perlu dibuatkan diagram alir proses (flow engineering Process Diagram) yang menjadi dasar dan pedoman bagi perancangan selanjutnya.

Design of main equipment of magnesium Carbonat process from Dolomide and coke
Magnesium compound Industries as one of  anorganic Industries, have superior comparative because of appliance owner minerals where it can be not violated from imported raw materials suply.One of the material which can be used is dolomide where it appearance as deposite minerals in Indonesia. Overall feasibility study can make clearly explanation of feasibility of this Indutries. In this paper, it will be tried to recontruction of  main equipment that used to operate this Industries as a based to determine peripherals eqipment, utility and man hour. This procedure will be used to set its fixed capital from this industries.

Abstract Keramik dapat dijadikan media pembuatan relief, bahkan dibandingkan kayu dan batu alam, keramik mempunyai beberapa keunggulan terutama di bidang kemudahannya dibentuk. Aplikasi Bata Interlocking Untuk Rekonstruksi Pasca Letusan Gunung Merapi

ABSTRACT:    Merapi mount has broken some building in Yogyakarta in 2010. That occurance has inspirated to study and then developing some building wchich can hold up disaster by vulcanic and tectonic earthquake. Interlocking brick has some advantages for exeample are ease to engineered, less consumption of energy, and less production cost. Some composition has conducted to get proper interlocking brick material in order to fulfill ASTM standard for building brick. The composition consist of local sand, clay and cement. Interlocking brick has tested to ensure the strength of brick. Testing of interlocking brick to ensure its performance and to calculate the cost of building shown that the cost of building construction is 1.200.000 rupiah/m2, cheaper than using clay brick or other traditional brick.
